Learning Curve for New Skills and Agile Strategies
I take work challenges as opportunities to learn new skills and tools, as I was working on Innovation focused tech-related projects that involved evolving technologies, I had to learn new skills rapidly to perform tasks. We had to rapidly test, validate, and build to either fail fast or succeed fast. And had to change the working style from enterprise structure towards, more lean and agile minimizing layers of permission levels.
I took multiple courses on Coursera to learn more about social innovation, sustainability, digital business models, fashion tech, Team management, and the impact of innovation on social sectors.
I’ve always loved learning and never stop wanting to learn from everything. I like reading, experimenting with new trends and technologies. To continuously learn, I had to make some specific changes in my lifestyle and find the right resources that helped me throughout my learning journey.
